PERSONALIZED ACCESSORIES: Due to the customization Personalized Announcements personal notes, announcements, return address labels and certificates of appreciation, are not able to be returned for credit. Returns for credit will only be allowed on non-personalized accessories and product returned due to defects in material or workmanship.
NON-PERSONALIZED ACCESSORIES: These accessories will be assessed a 10% return fee. They must be returned in sellable condition and within thirty (7) days of the ship date. The shipping and handling from the original order is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning the product to the facility.
