Because most of our products are custom-crafted to order, we require up to six (6) weeks production time from the date of order receipt. However, we do carry a limited number of jewelry products and accessory items in stock on a seasonal basis. If you wish to inquire about the availability of a particular product in stock, please complete an online Customer Service Request Form. All in-stock items will be shipped within fifteen (15) working days from date of order entry. Please allow an additional week for a total of twenty (20) working days for in-stock items that require engraving.
