All Herff Jones products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship and should comply with customer specifications and expectations. If you should note any concerns in product quality or workmanship, please send the product via a traceable and/or insured method to us at the address below within 30 days of shipment, and the item will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Please be sure to complete the Return Product Form, and include it with your return package. We strongly recommend returning the product in its original packaging if at all possible.

Should this occur, please return the product to us with confidence that we will repair or refurbish your jewelry to the best of our ability at a reasonable charge. We will not proceed with any repair work until you have given authorization.
